Group 1 and Sigaba Enter Partnership
for Secure Electronic Document Delivery
Group 1 to Offer Sigaba's Secure, Easy-to-use Document Delivery Technology to Users of its DOC1 Customer Communications Suite
Lanham, Maryland — April 22, 2002- Group 1 Software (Nasdaq: GSOF), a leading provider of customer relationship management (CRM)-enabling software solutions, and Sigaba Corporation, a leading provider of security for data in motion, today announced that they have entered into a strategic alliance. Under the terms of the agreement, Group 1 will resell Sigaba's suite of secure email and secure document delivery services in conjunction with Group 1's DOC1 customer communication management suite.
The DOC1 suite is an integrated, end-to-end customer communications management solution, providing both print and Web delivery. DOC1 gives businesses complete control of the document lifecycle, from content design, generation, and presentment to archive, retrieval and payment. Sigaba's technology enables DOC1 users to receive documents securely on any email client or device. Since the system does not require digital certificates, Sigaba's offerings can be accessed from any workstation.

Group 1 will distribute Sigaba Secure Statements in conjunction with its DOC1 suite. The strategic alliance will enable DOC1 communications to be encrypted, securely distributed via email, and decrypted by virtually any customer regardless of computing environment.
